Attend bi-weekly company-wide meetings where 200+ agents promote their new listings before they hit the market. I'll listen for listings that match your criteria so we can see them before they hit the market!
Provide a market analysis prior to making an offer so we make sure you're getting the best price for your new home.
Prepare purchase agreement and negotiate the contracts that will protect you during the home-buying process.
Attend the home inspection once your offer is accepted. I'll make sure I'm there with you every step of the way so all of your questions are answered and you feel good about the home you're buying.
Track the loan and financing process with you and your lender to make sure that your loan will be ready in time for closing
